Cinematic Christmas Short Film Virtual Assistant

I’m producing a cinematic Christmas short film and need a reliable Virtual Assistant who can also handle video editing duties using CapCut for Desktop (with Flow enabled).

This role is potentially 3 weeks (guaranteed 1 week) and combines 3 responsibilities:

CapCut Assistant (scene prep, transitions, flow tagging)

Intermediate Editor (sound sync, dialogue timing, ambient effects)

Advanced Mini-Editor (assemble 8–10 sec fight/action sequences with consistency and style)

Test Challenge (Required for Consideration):
Applicants will be given a starting frame and asked to:

Animate a fight scene in a warehouse

Ensure character consistency across frames

Include sound effects and background audio

Make it at least 8 seconds long
Budget: Under $100/week

Looking for weekly output of 1–2 scenes (8–20 seconds total)

Bonus available for clean scenes delivered ahead of schedule

Weekly payment via milestone, with potential for long-term work through December
Ideal Skills:

Fluent in CapCut (desktop version)

Ability to follow scene prompts and visual direction

Familiarity with storyboarding or cinematic flow

Sound design skills a major plus (placement, layering, transitions)
