Car Photo Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled photo editor to enhance a photo of my car. The edits would require adding effects to the car photo to make it look like it's on the shoulder of a street in rainy weather.
Your tasks will include:
- Changing the background to a rainy urban street scene.
- Adding effects to simulate damage to the car.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proficiency in photo editing software.
- Experience with automotive photo editing.
- Ability to create realistic effects.
The first two undamaged pics are of my car. I want it to potentially look like my car is damaged similar to the picture of the damaged car, but with not quite as much damage.
