I release videos every day and want a reliable partner who can take the raw footage, shape it into engaging long-form episodes for YouTube, then pull out snappy reels/shorts that work on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. CapCut is the core of my workflow, so you need to be fully comfortable inside that environment—templates, key-frames, captions, effects, the whole lot.
The long videos range wherever the topic takes us—sometimes a tight 6-minute tutorial, other times a 25-minute deep dive—so pacing and narrative intuition matter more than a fixed runtime. Smooth cuts, tasteful transitions, balanced audio, on-brand captions, and copyright-safe background music should feel second-nature to you.
Turnaround has to be quick because new footage lands almost daily. As soon as a draft is approved, I’ll queue the next batch, so think of this as an ongoing gig rather than a one-off. If you already keep up with current social media trends and can suggest hooks, memes, or motion graphics that elevate watch-time, that’s a plus.
Deliverables for each video set:
• Final 1080p (or higher) YouTube video, color-graded and ready to publish
• Three to five vertical shorts (9:16) cut from the same source, each under 60 seconds, complete with captions and music
