Book teaser video using After effect or Premier pro kind of softwares

I am looking for a book teaser video around one and half minute length with mainly 3d text titles and logo reveal along with light background effects. Graphical images & licensed soundtrack will be provided. Text content, Title 3d image and Logo (.PSD files) will be provided. Utilizing these elements, the video needs to be created preferably using After effects or premier pro something like that professional video editing softwares. The context of the book is historical mythology fiction.

Not looking for adding external video clips or imagery, but using 3D text movements and background lighting effects to bring out the full video.
