Black and White Video Colorization

I need a 1 minute black and white video colorized. The video is for documentation and requires highly accurate colorization. The video is of a marching band performance in 1976. I have a reference picture that has the correct colors of the band member uniforms to be used in the video. Also attached are screenshots of the black and white video. The video file can be downloaded via Dropbox.
