Artificial intelligence motion graphics after effects

hey I wanna know if u can create an AI web App or AI website where I can convert text instructions to after effects video motion graphics within natural language using artificial intelligence and u can take this model for creation. videos should be anything from svg animation vector to 3d. its like a text description field and a container and selection dropdown where I can choose between svg animation vector and 3d and write instructions which then convert text based on my instructions to after effects video motion scenes and I will be able to choose VoiceOver and music optional choice the container is for showing the video scenes and pls also be able to choose seconds duration of video u know i uploaded a file to show some examples of prompts but it should include anything u can think of for after effects motion graphic generation within natural language artificial intelligence ai search.txt (1.24 kB) I will do r programming data analysis, science visualization, machine learning projects just to give example of video of what I want: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Je_iSH_fEU something like this video her. this is example for svg animation vector but it needs to be anything u can think of for svg animation vector and 3d animation also generation with artificial intelligence natural language
