I need an AI animation expert to develop a streamlined process for our social media team. The goal is to create short animation clips of our mascot and overlay these on real-life video scenes.

Requirements:

- Develop a method for background removal
- Create a brief how-to guide showing our team the full process of creating the character animation and then integrating that animated character over real-life video clips
