Animation Assets (game art)

I am working on animation program for "on stage show", I have different assets (head position, eye position, mouth, arms positions, body position, etc) for each character. similar to game art. I need to produce the assets (around 45 images/character) for 10 different characters as per per specific images dimensions. the drawing are expected to look creative, comical, and elegant. it can have cartoonish, animi, or 3d look or mix.
characters would be agreed on at early stage.
