Animate a flower

Hi, I'm would like to animate a flower, the artwork is ALMOST complete and ready to go, I just need someone to rotate the different layers of the flower. I want to move the petals and other elements to move clockwise or anti-clockwise. I am in the process of separating the layers and filling in the areas that will overlap. Would like to know if someone can do this for me and if it is possible to make it work.
