Aerial Land Showcase Video

I want to present my parcel of land in a polished, Google-Earth-style fly-through that clearly shows its geographical features, exact property boundaries, and the most relevant nearby landmarks. The plan is to build the animation in Google Earth Studio, polish it in Adobe After Effects, and finish with an informative voice-over.

I already have a set of key points that need to be covered, but I haven’t shaped them into a full script yet. You’ll help transform those notes into a concise, informative narration that matches the visual pace of the video. Once the script is locked, I’d like smooth camera paths, clean call-outs or overlays to label the boundaries and landmarks, subtle motion graphics for key stats, and colour-graded, jitter-free output ready for sharing online.

Deliverables
• Final HD (or higher) video file

• The completed narration script, timed to the visuals
