Add a realistic snowfall effect to a short 4K video scene (VFX in Blender)

Description:
I need to add a realistic snowfall effect to a short video scene, keeping the same lighting, tone, and style as the original commercial.
The work should preferably be done in Blender, and I require the complete project files upon delivery.
Included files:
full-adv.mp4 → the complete commercial, which includes the clean version of the scene (no digital effects).
scene-to-add-snow-fx.mp4 → the specific scene to work on (about 1 extra second at the beginning and end).
snow-detail.png → reference image showing the amount and type of snow already visible on the table in the final part of the commercial.
ai-test.mp4 → an AI test (for reference only; low quality, too much snow).
Technical requirements:
Add a natural, realistic snowfall, matching the look of the snow seen from second 11 onward in the full video.
The snow should start falling softly and slightly accumulate on the table, as shown in snow-detail.png (a bit less, not more).
Avoid exaggerated or artificial-looking effects.
Final output in 4K resolution (3840×2160), same color grading and framing as the original video.
Preferred software: Blender.
Deliverables: final 4K rendered video + full Blender project files (including materials, particle systems, textures, settings, etc.).
Goal:
Create a visually coherent snowfall effect that looks natural and perfectly integrated with the existing footage, ready for inclusion in the final 4K commercial.
