Graphic design

Greetings! I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer for a long-term collaboration. My project requires board designing for the exterior of our School building. For this position, I need applicants to show their past work and experience within the graphic designing industry. I have an idea of what colors or style I am looking for, but I am open to suggestions from the designer. The ideal freelancer for this task should be passionate about design, have an eye for detail, and be able come down for site visit to understand the school requirements.
