Work to achieve and exceed set sales targets and obtain successful sales agreements for our services.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Establish and develop strong relationships with new clients and maintain sustainable relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance and potential projects.
Qualifications and requirements:
Previous experience in commission sales
Exceptional ability to communicate and build strong relationships with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully.
Ability to work independently and achieve results in a competitive environment.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to market changes and customer requirements.
Relevant university degree is an added advantage.
