affiliate/mlm setup and customization

I own a roofing (storm restoration) company. I want to create a mlm pay plan that will be 3 levels . My reps get $100 advancement for each new client. This advancement will be deducted from the first client's payment that we receive. Starting out each rep's commission is 7%. Once he or she completes the training, they will move up to 8%. After they generate sales of $250,000 (gross) they will move up to 9% and 1 million in sales will be moved to 10%. In addition, on occassion I will split commissions between two reps. For example, if the commission pays 10%, both represenatives will each get 5% (total 10%). And then my sales trainer will receive up to 3% of all gross payments received by the reps that he trains. Not sure how to handle the 3 levels yet. Each rep will receive a small perecentage from each rep the bring into our training. Maybe you can give me some input. That is it in a nutshell. What mlm software do you think will work best? I have wordpress plugin but could use something else if it is better.
