Project Description
I have built a referral/affiliate management application in Zoho Creator.
Current modules:
• Leads Form
• Minters Form (Affiliate Users)
• Student Dashboard
• Portal Users
Current Issue
When a lead is submitted, a workflow should:
1. Find the Minter record using Referral Code
2. Increase Total Sales by +1
3. Add commission amount to Total Earnings
4. Update Rank automatically
5. Payment must be verified by the admin than only will add to the account of minter.
6. Minter can see the reward open at every stage
However:
• Record lookup works successfully
• Workflow executes successfully when only reading data
• Error occurs when updating fields in Minters form
• Portal shows: "Error occurred please contact application owner"
• Lead submission fails whenever record update is attempted
