WordPress Dev for Manual Affiliate Tracking System
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Seeking a WordPress freelancer to set up a simple, manual affiliate tracking system. I have two affiliates and need individualized landing pages, unique payment links (using Square), and streamlined tracking—no e-commerce store, plugin integrations, or affiliate dashboards required.
Scope of Work
Landing Pages
Create two custom, visually identical landing pages (one for each affiliate) with a brief service description (content and brand assets provided).
Each page will include:
“Pay Now” buttons for each service option—each button must have a unique Square payment link specific to that affiliate.
An embedded “Book a Call” section using Calendly (embedded scheduler, not a custom form), with unique booking links for each affiliate page for accurate referral tracking.
Payment and booking confirmations should redirect to a branded thank-you page.
Square Payment Integration
Generate all required unique Square payment links:
$3,500 full payment (paid in full only)
$6,500 full payment
$3,500 deposit option for the $6,500 service (balance due later)
Properly embed these links as buttons on each affiliate’s page.
Lead & Commission Tracking
Automate the collection of all Calendly bookings into a Google Sheet, including which affiliate each lead is attributed to.
Ensure affiliate attribution is maintained through unique booking/payment links (e.g., using unique Calendly URLs or built-in UTM parameters).
No WooCommerce or affiliate dashboard needed—set up is for simple, manual tracking.
Guidance & Handover
Briefly document the flow and show how to update payment or booking links, add more affiliates/pages in the future, and use Square and Google Sheets for manual tracking and payouts.
Provide instructions for reviewing affiliate performance (recommended monthly review, as only two affiliates).

You will receive all written content and brand assets in advance.
All payments handled via Square—it is not necessary to set up e-commerce or shopping cart functionality.
The goal is simplicity, clarity, and full manual control.
