Job Description:
We are an e-commerce brand looking to hire multiple full-time Virtual Assistants to help with creator outreach and affiliate onboarding.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying content creators on platforms like TikTok and Instagram and reaching out to them with a pre-written message to invite them to join our affiliate program.
This is a long-term opportunity for reliable VAs who are organized, consistent, and comfortable working with social media.
Our site works on WordPress and we are open to software suggestions for affiliate marketing/influencer growth and tracking.
Responsibilities:
Find relevant creators on TikTok and Instagram based on provided criteria
Send outreach messages using templates we provide
Track outreach and responses in Google Sheets
Follow up with interested creators
Help onboard creators into our affiliate program
Maintain daily activity and reporting
Requirements:
Fluent written English
Experience with TikTok and Instagram
Comfortable sending outreach messages daily
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection
Able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
Comfortable using Google Sheets
Compensation:
$2/hour during trial period (first 30 days)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Performance-based pay increases available after trial based on results (affiliate onboardings)
Trial & Performance:
The first 30 days are a paid trial period. Performance will be evaluated primarily based on:
Number of creators contacted
Response rate
Number of affiliates successfully onboarded
High performers will be offered higher hourly rates and long-term roles.
