Urgently Looking for CPS Campaign Expert (Affiliate Marketing Specialist)

Shout is looking for an experienced CPS campaign expert to help us run profitable affiliate campaigns. The main focus will be on generating quality conversions (sales) through social media, web and in-app ads.

The right candidate should have a proven track record in -

1. Setting up CPS campaigns for affiliate networks (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. or similar).
2. Driving high-quality traffic that converts into actual sales (not just clicks).
3. Optimizing ads for better CTR, lower CPC, and higher ROI.
4. Creating strategy for targeting Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
5. Tracking and analyzing performance to scale campaigns.

Responsibilities -

1. Plan, launch, and optimize CPS campaigns on web and app platforms.
2. Monitor analytics, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.
3. Suggest creatives/ad copies to maximize engagement.
4. Provide weekly reports on performance.

Requirements -

1. Prior experience running successful CPS campaigns.
2. Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, CPC, CPA, and CPS models.
3. Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other ad platforms.
4. Ability to work with performance-based targets.
5. Strong communication and reporting skills.
