UpPromote Shopify Sales Setup

Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Shopify affiliate/referral program specialist to properly set up our NewTrition Collabs & Referrals program using UpPromote.
NewTrition is a supplement and functional nutrition brand. We are creating a referral, influencer, and store partner program where customers, creators, and partners can earn commissions for referring sales.
We already have the basic program concept and commission structure. We need someone to properly configure the app, organize the program, create the required landing page flow, and design high-quality creative assets for affiliates.
This is not just a simple app install. We need the program set up professionally so it looks premium, works correctly, and is easy for affiliates to understand and promote.
What We Need You To Do
1. UpPromote / Affiliate App Setup
Set up and configure the affiliate/referral program in Shopify using UpPromote.
Affiliate registration page; affiliate approval process; affiliate dashboard setup; referral tracking links; discount/coupon code setup; commission tracking; payout settings; email notifications; brand/program settings; and full testing to confirm tracking works correctly.
2. Commission Structure Setup
Configure the program around this structure: Level 1: 20% commission; Level 2: 10% commission; Level 3: 5% commission; Level 4: 2.5% commission; Level 5: 1% commission; Store/business referrals: 10% lifetime commission where applicable.
The public-facing wording should avoid terms like MLM or network marketing. We want this positioned as a clean collabs, ambassador, affiliate, and referral partner program.
The freelancer should confirm whether UpPromote can support the entire structure directly. If any part requires a workaround, custom setup, or limitation, please explain clearly before implementation.
3. Program Branding / Page Setup
The program should be branded as NewTrition Collabs & Referrals. Possible member name: NewTrition Champions.
The program should feel premium, clean, trustworthy, and aligned with a health, wellness, and performance nutrition brand.
We need help setting up or improving the landing page, including: hero section, program explanation, how it works, commission breakdown, creator/influencer section, customer referral section, store partner referral section, FAQ section, earnings disclaimer, sign-up call-to-action buttons, and clean professional copy layout.
4. High-Quality Creative Assets
Create high-quality assets affiliates can use to promote the brand.
Please include: affiliate banner images; social media graphics; Instagram story graphics; square feed graphics; product-focused promo images; “Join the Program” graphics; referral program announcement graphics; email header graphics; simple ad-style creatives; and brand-consistent Canva or editable source files.
Assets should look professional and premium, not like generic templates. The visual direction should match a modern supplement brand: clean, energetic, trustworthy, performance-focused, and wellness-oriented.
5. Affiliate Materials
Create or help organize basic affiliate materials, including: short program description; affiliate welcome message; how-to-promote guide; suggested captions; suggested email/text copy; program FAQ; basic rules and disclaimers; and brand guidelines for affiliates.
6. Testing & Final Review
Before the project is complete, we need full testing: test affiliate registration; test referral link tracking; test coupon code tracking; test commission calculation; test multi-level referral tracking if supported; test email notifications; confirm the affiliate dashboard works correctly; and provide a short written summary of how the program is configured.
