We run several luxury travel YouTube channels and social platforms and need an expert who can monetise our audience fast through affiliate deals, sponsorships, brand partnerships, and Patreon growth.

This is NOT a posting or video creation job — it’s all about income generation.

Responsibilities:

Create a complete monetisation plan and generate revenue
Secure affiliate and sponsorship opportunities
Build brand partnerships and negotiate deals
Integrate strategies across YouTube and social channels
Be available between 5–9 PM AEST and attend 1 weekly team meeting (1 hr)

Low base retainer + High commission on income you help generate
You earn more as the brand earns more.

Ideal Freelancer:
Proven track record of social media monetisation
Experience in affiliate marketing, sponsorships, digital revenue
Bonus: Experience as a social media manager (though role focuses purely on monetisation)
Knowledge of travel or lifestyle content a plus
Motivated, independent, and results-focused
