Social Media Manager + Personal Assistant Needed
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest).
Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and trending content optimized for social performance and virality.
Manage and grow e-commerce and affiliate marketing efforts (Amazon Storefront, TikTok Shop, LTK, etc.).
Engage with audiences, influencers, and collaborators to grow social communities.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to guide strategy.
Personal & Executive Assistance:
Manage calendar, scheduling, email communications, and task prioritization.
Assist with product launches, promotions, and virtual events.
Coordinate with web designers, photographers, vendors, and brand partners.
Conduct online research and support various business and personal admin tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA – Atlanta area strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience in social media management, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Influencer Program, TikTok Affiliate tools, UGC best practices, and creator monetization platforms.
Strong skills in video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Familiarity with web development workflows and brand development processes.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Discretion, reliability, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with luxury, wellness, lifestyle, or tech brands.
Skills in Canva, Notion, Trello, and social scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Metricool).
Past freelance or virtual assistant experience for high-profile clients or brands.
A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
Luxury real estate or real estate transaction knowledge is a strong plus.
Compensation & Structure:
Freelance Position:
Option 1: Hourly or Monthly Salary + Performance Bonuses/Commissions
Option 2: Project-Based Contract with Bonuses for Growth & Milestones
