Social Media Growth Partner / Affiliate Marketer – Long-Term

About the Role
We are looking for driven, result-oriented affiliate marketers and social media growth specialists to drive targeted traffic and sales to our high-converting digital companionship platform.
This is a 100% performance-based affiliate contract with a highly competitive payout structure. All tracking is managed securely and transparently through our Whop dashboard, and all cash payouts are processed directly through Upwork escrow milestones. We are looking to build long-term relationships with partners who want an uncapped revenue stream.
The Compensation Structure
To protect our platform tracking costs and validate new partners, we use a two-phase milestone structure:
Milestone 1 (The Trial Phase): Achieved upon your first 3 tracked sales on Whop = $15.00 flat payout. (Note: The $50 job post budget is a placeholder; you will be set up on this official $15 trial milestone upon hire).
Milestone 2+ (The Scale Phase): Once you clear the trial phase, you unlock the full rate. You will be paid $27.00 per sale for every single customer you bring in thereafter.

Whop automatically tracks your unique link and calculates the data.
We review the dashboard weekly.
We create and immediately release custom milestones on Upwork matching your exact sales data.
Who You Are
Traffic Expert: You know how to drive high-intent organic traffic using short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) or strategic digital campaigns.
Target Demographics: You have experience successfully reaching audiences in major Western markets (specifically the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand).
Performance-Driven: You understand performance-based marketing and want an offer where your earning potential scales directly with your results.
