We've built an innovative platform offering AI-powered tools, training, and coaching to help solopreneurs and small businesses work smarter, not harder.
Our product is built, the initial content is being developed, and we're now at the most crucial stage: launching our direct-to-customer sales globally. Our core offering is a multi-tiered membership product designed to support businesses at every stage of their growth, from a free starter level to a comprehensive pro package.
The founding team is focused on content creation and franchise recruitment. We need a brilliant, hands-on marketing professional to take complete ownership of the direct sales launch and drive us towards our initial, ambitious goals.
The Core Mission: Your Challenge
Your mission is to be the architect of our initial sales velocity. You will take our existing marketing strategies and execute a plan to achieve our primary target: acquiring 2,000 paying members for our 'Growth' tier.
This is a foundational role. You won't be inheriting a team; you'll be building the marketing engine from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
This is a role for a multi-skilled marketing all-rounder. You'll be responsible for:
Multi-Channel Strategy: Designing and executing a holistic marketing strategy that utilises PPC, Social Media, Affiliates/Influencers, and email marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
Funnel Architecture: Designing, building, testing, and optimising the entire multi-channel marketing funnel to achieve our target conversion rates and Cost of Acquisition (CPA).
Compelling Copy & Messaging: Crafting high-converting, direct-response copy for our website, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and social media ads. You'll need to speak directly to the pain points of our target audience – time scarcity and tech confusion.
Paid Campaign Management: Developing and managing our paid media strategy, particularly across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, with a relentless focus on ROI.
Content & Asset Creation: Writing the content for our front-end website and sales landing pages, briefing designers, and storyboarding videos to bring our message to life.
AI-Powered Automation: This is non-negotiable. You will be an expert user of AI in all marketing functions. You'll be expected to build and manage your own 'team' of AI Agents to handle repetitive tasks, data analysis, and content generation, allowing you to operate with incredible efficiency.
Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate)
You are the perfect fit if you are:
A Proven Growth Marketer: You live and breathe funnels, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates. You have a demonstrable track record of taking a product (ideally a SaaS or membership site) from launch to significant customer numbers.
A Social Media & PPC Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimising successful paid social and PPC campaigns that get results. You know how to build a multi-channel acquisition strategy from scratch.
Resourceful & Commercially Astute: We are a bootstrapped start-up with huge potential. While we have a web development team, you need a great eye for what looks good, what works, and what converts. You'll need to know when to bring in 3rd parties and when we can do it ourselves, and either have access to a network of resources or know exactly where to find them.
AI Fluent & Passionate: You are a power user of tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, etc., for marketing and can show us how you've used them to drive real results. The idea of creating AI agents to automate your workflow excites you.
A Hands-On 'Doer': You're not looking to just oversee things. You are happiest when you're rolling up your sleeves, writing the copy, building the campaigns, and getting it done yourself.
A Master of Direct-Response Messaging: You understand the psychology of a sale and can write copy that resonates deeply with entrepreneurs and small business owners, compelling them to take action.

Project Details
Duration: This will be a minimum 3-month contract, but for the right person, this could easily extend to 12 months or become a permanent role.
Location: Fully Remote.
