We’re seeking a dedicated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Research & Development Assistant focused on building and testing profitable side hustles in the Make Money Online (MMO) niche. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on discovery, experimentation, and turning ideas into sustainable, income-generating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research on trending MMO methods, digital side hustles, and emerging monetization strategies.
- Identify high-potential opportunities for new information products and digital business models.
- Test side hustle ideas using real-world platforms, tools, and systems (e.g., affiliate programs, freelancing, digital marketplaces).
- Document and analyze results to determine sustainability, profitability, and ease of replication.
- Assist in creating outlines, frameworks, or templates for digital products based on research and results.
- Stay up to date with industry shifts, algorithm changes, and viral trends relevant to online income generation.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to the product development team.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong research skills and the ability to find and validate real online money-making opportunities.
- A passion for digital entrepreneurship, side hustles, and performance-based income.
- Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Warrior Forum, Gumroad, Fiverr, and other MMO spaces.
- Basic experience testing tools such as landing page builders, email autoresponders, AI tools, or marketplaces.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with a results-focused mindset.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
