Reccomend products from others that don't have affiliate programs

I want to know a way of getting money from small digital initiatives (i.e apps, chrome extensions with pro versions, FROM OTHERS than don't have an affiliate program or use coupon discounts (perhaps an alternative).
I am looking for a freelancer/agency with the knowledge for the name of right solution or resource (value of the best and quicker answer: 30 USD). Once selected the proper way (referral-coupon softwares-affiliate networks? ) then I would need an agency or freelancers for specific tasks to continue for setting up and develop the project with my goals ( o know the list of specific products etc)
