Publishers for CPI/CPL/CPA

I am expanding several performance-marketing campaigns and need reliable publishers who can drive measurable results on both domestic and international traffic. The payout models I am working with include CPI, CPL, CPA as well as CPR and CPS, so please be comfortable optimizing toward each of these goals. Campaigns span mobile apps and traditional web properties, therefore you should already have active, quality inventory for both environments and be confident in your ability to segment traffic as needed.
Your traffic must be genuine and fully compliant with standard antifraud tools such as AppsFlyer Protect360, Adjust, Branch or similar; conversions that fail post-install validation will not be counted. If you can supply real-time reporting through HasOffers, Affise, Everflow or an equivalent platform that’s a plus, but raw logs or API pushes are fine as long as they are transparent.
Deliverables (all items must be met):
• Consistent, scalable volumes for CPI, CPL, CPA, CPR and CPS campaigns
• Daily or near-real-time reporting with clear source IDs
• Fraud-free traffic—bot, incent, adult, malware or brand-unsafe placements are strictly prohibited
• Readiness to pause, cap or shift budgets within hours if KPIs dip below agreed benchmarks
