Virtual Assistant Needed for Influencer Outreach ( Lifestyle & Supplements)
I’m looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support influencer outreach across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll help identify creators who genuinely align with our brands, manage gifting conversations, and understand the basics of affiliate partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing influencers who fit our aesthetic, audience and values
Sending outreach messages, managing gifting agreements, and tracking responses
Coordinating product gifting and ensuring creators receive the right items
Supporting with basic affiliate link setup and tracking
Keeping a simple, tidy spreadsheet of outreach, status and performance
Bringing a commercial mindset—spotting creators who will actually drive results, not just look good on paper
You’ll Need:
Experience with influencer outreach or social media management
A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube creator landscapes
Confidence in negotiating gifting and collaboration terms
Basic knowledge of affiliate schemes (Awin, LTK, Amazon, etc.)
An eye for creators who complement premium brands
Experience working with supplement, wellness or functional health brands
Reliability, speed and a can-do attitude
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in lifestyle or wellness niches
Knowledge of outreach tools (Notion, Airtable, Meta Creator Marketplace, Influencity, etc.)
Ability to suggest creators based on trends, seasonality, and ROI
Hours & Budget:
