Pinterest Fashion Affiliate Monetization
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
Our Pinterest boards in the fashion-and-beauty space have started to attract meaningful traffic and repins, but so far the account isn’t set up to earn revenue. We are ready to change that with a clear, sustainable affiliate-marketing setup or some other effective monetization program.
Here’s where we're at:
• Niche: sustainable fashion and beauty pins, mostly trending outfits, and product mood-boards.
• Audience: growing steadily; North American–heavy with solid engagement.
• Goal: set-up and affiliate links into new and existing pins so we can begin generating passive revenue without damaging the aesthetic or user experience.
• Experience with affiliates: none. We need guidance on choosing the right affiliates and networks (e.g., LTK, Rakuten, Amazon Associates, etc.), getting approved, configuring the tracking process, and understanding best practices for FTC disclosure.
What we're looking for from you:
1. An audit of our current Pinterest profile and boards.
2. A shortlist of the most relevant affiliate programs for fashion and beauty, including commission structures and application links.
3. Step-by-step help submitting applications and setting up tracking/UTM parameters so performance can be measured in Pinterest Analytics or a third-party dashboard.
4. Optimization of an initial batch of pins (about ten) with compelling copy, keyword-rich descriptions, and properly formatted affiliate links.
5. A simple handover guide so we can replicate the process for future content.
We are Vancouver-based and would love to work with someone local—or at least within Canada—for easier communication around time zones and payment. If you’ve successfully monetized Pinterest accounts through affiliate marketing or some other monetization program, especially in fashion and beauty, we'd be happy to hear how you can help turn our audience into a new revenue stream.
