Looking for $20 earnings from website

Looking for someone to create a website on the wordpress platform that can make $20-25 a day. The website should be related to a topic that will remain of interest in the long run into the future.

I am not looking for particular type of monetization so you can use your own methods or ways: Goole adsense, textlinkads, cpa offers or affiliate products can be used in any combination.

The site has to be original content and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently. The look must be professsional, neat clean and optimized too draw in folks to click the ads. Cointent cannot be garbled or random test and must pass copyscape. Picture should be legal with no copyright problems etc.

I will pay the amount of bid only after I see consistent income in my adsense account and when i will have proof of earnings from the site. This is just a start and if this project works out I will have more websites needed to be done.

Only whitehat techniques. No spamming! Unique organic traffic! No bots or traffic buy sites. No autoblogs!

You will choose keywords and niche. But you need to describe to me a plan how you will generate traffic and why do you want to choose that niche.

Backlinks to the websites must be strictly whitehat!!!

Domain name is secured in godaddy. Not sure if addtional hosting is needed but this will need to also be solved by a cheap solution.
