Leads generation

I'm looking for someone to help me generate leads in the Technology industry with the primary goal of Email Marketing. The type of contact information I need is email addresses. I'm confident this task will require research and data entry but having experience with lead generation would be beneficial. For this project to be successful, I need someone who is very detail-oriented and pays close attention to the quality of the data.
