TechMarqX Pvt Ltd is a Pune-based AI-powered digital solutions company specializing in lead generation, email marketing, recruitment, and software development. We are now expanding into affiliate-based client acquisition through global platforms like PartnerStack.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Sales & Client Acquisition Executive who can generate sales through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
The candidate will work with international and Indian markets to promote SaaS tools, digital products, and other partner programs and drive actual conversions through our affiliate links.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential customers (B2B & B2C) for partner products and services.

Pitch products over phone, email, and WhatsApp with clear value propositions.

Share and track affiliate links for sign-ups and purchases.

Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.

Maintain daily/weekly reporting of calls, emails, and sales achieved.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, affiliate marketing, or client acquisition.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Basic understanding of SaaS / digital products.

Ability to work independently with daily reporting.

Experience in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms is a plus.

Pay Structure:
Option 1 – Fixed + Commission:

Fixed: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on experience)

Commission: 15–30% of affiliate payout per conversion

Option 2 – Commission Only (High Earning Potential):

₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per sale OR % of affiliate payout (whichever is higher)

100% Remote / Work from Home

Flexible hours (must meet daily activity & conversion targets)
