Free Energy Savings Program

We are totally new to Affiliate Marketing and are looking for a partner to guide this effort.
Quality Conservation Services (www.qcsca.com) provides free energy saving improvements to moderate- and lower-income residences in California (up to $69,000 for family of 4). Paid for by local utilities, the free residential energy improvements include insulation, smart thermostats, weatherization and leak reduction, high efficiency refrigerators and appliances, new furnaces and water heaters, and other items. We also enroll families into special utility bill discount programs ranging from 18% to 35% and pre-qualify them for free solar and/or back-up storage battery programs.
The program is open to home owners and renters, to single- and multi-family residences. It is geographically targeted to the 10 county San Francisco Bay area and the six-county greater Los Angeles area.
Customer skepticism (understandable) is our biggest marketing hurdle. We believe that affiliate marketing can drive people to enroll in our free offer. Note: We are NOT allowed to collect any money from our customers.
