Email List Monetization & Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Dutch-Speaking Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Email List Monetization Specialist to help us monetize a large, high-quality email list of 300,000+ opted-in subscribers.
Your role is to find profitable affiliate deals, create compelling email angles, and send email campaigns that generate revenue on a performance-only model (percentage of affiliate commission).

What You Will Do:
• Source relevant affiliate deals (together with us).
• Manage & execute ongoing email campaigns focused on revenue generation.
• Write or optimize high-converting email copy.
• Segment the list and improve deliverability where needed.
• Test offers, subject lines, angles, and send schedules.
• Scale winning campaigns and identify new opportunities.

Compensation:
• Performance-based only
• You earn a percentage of the affiliate revenue you generate.
• Long-term collaboration possible if results are strong.

Requirements:
• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory).
• Proven experience with email list monetization or affiliate email marketing.
• Understanding of deliverability, list warming, and segmentation.
• Ability to source affiliate deals (Awin, Daisycon, Impact, private offers, etc.).
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset (A/B testing, analytics, revenue tracking).
• Independent, reliable, proactive.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with large lists (100k+ subscribers).
• Knowledge of EU affiliate networks.
• Experience with newsletter monetization or e-commerce affiliate marketing.
