Develop a proposition for HR consultancy firms to become partners

I have a startup Human Resource Management consulting firm based out of the Netherlands. My mission is to help SME’s grow and strengthen their Human Resources practice by auditing their existing operations and offering new efficient processes and best practices. In my vision it’s about building strong and adaptable processes that strive to improve the most important asset of a business - its people.

My products exists out of 4 different auditing products that can be offered to companies, but also to HR consultancy firms. I want to develop a partnering proposition so that HR consultancy firms can use my products to get better insights to improve the qualities of their service offerings. Or make it easier for them. For this project its important you have experience in HRM.
