Book Reviews & Affiliate Recruitment

My clients ask us to review their books so we need extra reviewers. I also need affiliates to get more clients.

So I'm looking for someone with a passion for books and the ability to write critical, well-thought-out reviews. The ideal candidate should be an avid reader and have experience writing reviews with insightful, constructive feedback. In addition, we need someone who is skilled in affiliate recruitment and can successfully recruit affiliates to promote Astral Print & Media and earn $$$

Key Responsibilities:

Book Reviews:
Write detailed, critical reviews for books across various genres
Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback on book quality, writing style, themes, and overall impact

Affiliate Recruitment:
Identify and recruit suitable affiliates to promote Astral Print & Media services.

Develop outreach strategies to attract affiliates in the book and media industries
Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support
Requirements:

Bonus:
Experience with affiliate programs and partnerships in the book or publishing sector
Previous writing or book reviewing experience on platforms like Amazon or Goodreads

Book reviews: paid 20% per review value.

How Affiliates Get Paid for Recruiting New Affiliates:
Direct Referral:
When an affiliate brings in a client who makes a purchase, they earn the commission for that sale.

Indirect Referral (Recruiting Affiliates):
When a Tier 1 affiliate recruits a new affiliate (Tier 2), and that Tier 2 affiliate makes a sale, the Tier 1 affiliate earns a percentage of that sale.
