The client needs assistance transitioning from ShareASale to Awin, verifying tracking, managing affiliate accounts, and handling past sales data.
Tasks and Deliverables
- Verify and implement correct tracking code placement on the website pages to ensure accurate affiliate commissions.
- Assist in deleting or deactivating the outdated ShareASale affiliate account (2317019) in Awin and retain the active Merchant account (87613).
- Troubleshoot and ensure that creatives in Awin load correctly to the website, replacing hiding with proper activation.
- Limit affiliates in Awin to US and Canada only by disabling or removing international publishers, or guide the client on how to do this if it is a lengthy process.
- Investigate the absence of past sales and customized commissions from ShareASale in Awin, and advise on how to retrieve or reconcile this data.
Required Experience
- Required: Experience with Awin platform management and tracking setup.
- Required: Experience with ShareASale platform, especially in migrating or managing past sales data.
- Required: Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Stripe integrations.
