AffiliateWP Campaign & Reporting Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run an established WordPress site with AffiliateWP already installed, but several parts of the workflow still slow me down. I’d like you to step in and take ownership of the day-to-day operations while tightening up the underlying tracking logic so our numbers finally match reality.
Here’s what I need handled:
• Manage affiliate accounts – approve new partners, update details, monitor performance, and keep everyone informed of their stats and payouts.
• Create, launch, and monitor campaigns – set up links or coupon-based promotions, tag them correctly in AffiliateWP, and follow them through to conversion.
• Generate clear, actionable reports – weekly snapshots plus deeper monthly analyses that highlight top performers, under-utilised channels, and opportunities to improve ROI.
Although the plugin is already configured, the tracking and reporting accuracy isn’t where I want it to be. I’ll rely on you to audit the current settings, identify any mismatched referral rules, troubleshoot cookie or UTM issues, and recommend (then implement) fixes so every click and sale is recorded correctly.
You’ll have full access to AffiliateWP, WordPress, and our Google Analytics account. If additional add-ons or lightweight custom code are needed, let me know before proceeding.
By the end of our first month together I expect:
1. A clean, documented affiliate database.
2. At least one fully-tracked test campaign showing accurate results across AffiliateWP and GA.
3. A repeatable reporting template I can hand to stakeholders.
If you’re comfortable living inside AffiliateWP, love data integrity, and can communicate findings in plain English, I’m ready to get started.
