AffiliateWP & Automation Expert for WordPress

Job Description

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress + automation expert to set up an Affiliate system using AffiliateWP on my existing WordPress site.

The setup must:

Install and configure AffiliateWP (Personal plan)

Create referral tracking so affiliates can send prospects to a specific landing page (e.g., mysite.com/start?ref=affiliate)

Ensure the referral parameter carries through to Calendly embedded on the page (so affiliate info is captured when a booking happens)

Use Make (Integromat) to automate the following flow:

Flow 1: New Calendly booking → Create referral in AffiliateWP (status Pending)

Configure Stripe integration with AffiliateWP so that when a client pays, the referral is automatically updated to “Paid” (no manual work required)

Configure the Affiliate Dashboard so affiliates can log in and see:

Their referrals (bookings)

Status (Pending/Rejected/Paid)

Payouts/commissions

Requirements

Proven experience with AffiliateWP, Calendly integrations, and Make (Integromat)

Ability to set up UTM or ?ref= tracking and connect it with AffiliateWP

Must ensure everything is automatic (no manual tracking)

Clear documentation provided after setup (so I know how the flows work)

Deliverables

Fully working AffiliateWP setup on WordPress

Automation workflows tested end-to-end

Affiliate dashboard configured

Written instructions for how to add new affiliates and links
