Affiliate influencer marketing specialist/ LeadDyno Affiliate Onboarding Specialist

I run our affiliate programme on LeadDyno and now want to scale it by bringing in highly targeted micro-influencer partners. Your job is to take full control of the LeadDyno environment, source and onboard these affiliates, train them, and keep them active.
LeadDyno setup & optimisation
First, I need the account configured for clean tracking, segmented dashboards, tailored commission structures, and easy reporting so I can monitor performance without digging for data.
Recruitment & management
Using your existing outreach know-how, identify niche-relevant micro-influencers, invite them, and manage approvals. Once they join, make sure they understand our offer, have the right assets, and stay engaged.
Email-driven onboarding
Email campaigns are my primary channel, so you’ll:
• Design responsive, on-brand templates.
• Write persuasive copy—from welcome to monthly performance nudges.
• Build an automated sequence that moves affiliates from application to activation while keeping inactive partners motivated.
Deliverables
• Complete LeadDyno configuration, tested and live.
• List of qualified micro-influencers imported or invited.
• HTML email templates plus editable source files.
• Five-step automated flow with copy loaded and scheduled.
• Performance report & walkthrough so I can run the system myself.
Acceptance criteria: every email fires correctly, links track inside LeadDyno, and at least 20 qualified affiliates are activated within the first month.
