My priority is clear: I want measurable, bottom-line sales growth through a well-run affiliate program. I don’t yet have a roster of partners, so your first mission will be to research, vet, and recruit high-quality affiliates whose audiences match my product’s buyer profile.
Once the right partners are on board, I’ll rely on you to build out tracking (using platforms such as ShareASale, CJ, Impact, or Refersion—whichever you judge best), prepare compelling creatives, and manage day-to-day optimisation so commissions stay attractive yet profitable.
Deliverables I expect:
• A curated list of vetted affiliates with contact details and projected reach
• Setup of the programme inside the chosen network, complete with tracking links and conversion pixels
• Launch email and promo kit for partners (banners, copy snippets, coupon codes)
• A short performance dashboard or weekly report summarising clicks, conversions, and revenue
