My communication agency is expanding its reach and I’m ready to build a strong affiliate network to drive qualified leads and clients. I need a results-oriented partner who can identify, approach, and onboard affiliates on a commission basis.
Right now I want to concentrate on Social media promotion, with a special emphasis on Influencer partnerships. Instagram will be our primary playground, so you should already understand its culture, outreach etiquette, and growth mechanics. If you have creative ideas to amplify the campaign beyond Instagram later, we can discuss them—but the first wave must prove traction on that platform.
Here’s what success looks like for me: you source a steady stream of suitable creators or micro-influencers, pitch the agency’s offer persuasively, and hand me affiliates who are motivated to promote our services. I’ll provide brand guidelines and an affiliate tracking link; you handle prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and initial relationship management.
Deliverables I expect:
• Weekly report detailing outreach actions, conversations in progress, and affiliates secured
• Verified affiliate sign-ups tracked through our link
• Basic onboarding briefing for each new partner so they can start promoting immediately
