We’re looking for someone who understands affiliate marketing, affiliate platforms, and influencer recruitment. The goal is simple:
Get our core digital product listed, set up, and running on affiliate networks — and start bringing in active affiliates FAST.
This is not a slow-paced task or a “learn as you go” role.
We need someone who knows:
• Where to list products to get affiliate reach
• How to properly structure commission payouts
• How to recruit affiliates that will actually promote
• How to reach out and get responses — not just collect names
• How to launch an affiliate program that generates real sales
If you have past experience growing affiliate programs, launching them, managing affiliates, or recruiting creators/influencers, you’re the right fit.

What You’ll Do
Phase 1 — Setup
• Select and set up the affiliate platform(s) best suited for our product
• Ensure tracking, payouts, and compliance are ready
• Structure recurring and one-time payout options
• Prepare onboarding templates for affiliates (email + DM templates)
• Provide an initial list of potential affiliates/influencers
Phase 2 — Activation
• Begin outreach to affiliates (email + social platforms: TikTok, IG, YouTube, and niche communities)
• Track responses, interest, and conversions
• Help onboard new affiliates and ensure they understand how to promote

• Must have experience with affiliate platforms (examples: Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Digistore24, ClickBank, Partnerstack, etc.)
• Must understand influencer outreach and recruiting
• Must be comfortable working independently with clear objectives
• Must be outcome-driven
