Affiliate Program Growth Specialist
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate program and drive revenue growth through strategic affiliate recruitment, performance optimization, and strong partner relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize existing affiliate accounts to boost engagement and conversions
Recruit new high-quality affiliates through Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Telegram, and directories
Analyze and improve affiliate performance based on KPIs (EPC, CR, AOV, etc.)
Build strong relationships with affiliates and provide them with marketing assets and support
Report weekly on performance and actionable insights
Ensure compliance and protect brand integrity
Who You Are:
You have proven experience managing programs on platforms like ShareASale, ClickBank, Digistore24, or similar
You know how to build a high-performing affiliate network from scratch
You understand tracking systems, commission models (CPA/CPL/CPS), and affiliate funnels
You’re proactive, results-driven, and highly organized
Bonus: experience in the [your niche] space (e.g. health, finance, digital products…)
Payment Terms:
We prefer a monthly retainer model with clear weekly deliverables and optional performance bonus
This will start as a 1-month trial with potential for long-term partnership if results are strong
