Affiliate Program Build & Management

I need someone who can take my affiliate marketing initiative from concept to day-to-day operation. The first objective is to build and manage the entire program, then keep it humming with data-driven improvements.

You will focus on three distribution channels that matter most to my audience—social media, blogs/websites, and email marketing—crafting assets that feel native to each environment. Creative work is part of the role: banners, swipe copy, short-form posts, and any supporting visuals. Just as important, you will own the tracking and performance analysis, turning raw numbers into clear next steps so spend and effort always align with revenue targets.

Core deliverables
• A fully set-up affiliate program dashboard (your preferred platform is fine)
• Launch-ready marketing materials for social, blog placement, and email sequences
• A performance reporting template plus the first 30-day report with optimization suggestions

If you already have a network of potential partners we can discuss recruitment as an add-on, but my immediate priority is first-class creative and rock-solid analytics.
