Affiliate Outreach/Qualification & CRM Management
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Scope of Work: Affiliate Outreach/ qualification and appointment setting.
Tasks to Be Completed:
1. Outreach & Communication
Process the provided list of contacts
Register on the required platforms if needed to initiate contact
if there is no email or telegram - submit a contact form on the site
If there is no form but registration available - register on the site
Reach out to potential partner
Write an email as per template
Verify/qualify contact
Create a telegram group with our team
Introduce our team and project
Use the prepared outreach message templates
Send at least 2–3 follow-ups in case of no response
Reply to inbound messages, conduct negotiations, and discuss partnership terms
Check templates or FAQ to find information
Contact manager is you cannot find the info requested
You should ask to clarify key details:

Minimum traffic volume
GEOs they target
Preferred offer types
2. Communication Setup
Once you have confirmed the partner and contact data, their offer details
Create telegram group with [Telegram affiliate]
Share info about partner and key offer details in the group as per provided template
Introduce Mine team and the partner in the group
3. CRM Management
Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets including:
Partner name / Team name
Telegram / Email / Other contact details
Communication channel
Date of initial contact
Summary of agreement
Deal status (In progress / Confirmed / Declined / No response)
Notes / Comments
Next follow-up date
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in affiliate outreach will be a plus
Written English
Consistent communication and follow-up discipline
Expected Results:
At least 300 successful communications from the contact list - telegram group and introduction made
A fully updated CRM table with statuses for all contacts
All active partners transferred to internal team for ongoing work
Feedback and reporting:
Process first 30 contacts and contact me for feedback.
At the end of day send me a short summary of what was done.
If no information is sent - contract deems nullified.
Payment is done in installments on a weekly basis.
