Affiliate Marketing Expert Needed

I set up an affiliate program with Uppromote and I need someone to handle all aspects of it in regards to finding people who will be willing to promote my store. I'm not exactly sure how it all works as far as how you find people so if you can explain in detail what you would do for me that would be helpful. It is for an online dog gift shop.

I'm looking for someone who is an expert in the field and can also speak English.
