Affiliate Marketer for AI Cold Email Platform

I'm looking for an experienced affiliate marketer to promote Cognlay (cognlay.com) an AI-powered cold email outbound platform for B2B founders, sales teams, and cold email agencies.

What I need:

Find and recruit active affiliates who already have an audience of B2B founders, sales professionals, cold email practitioners, or agency owners. This includes LinkedIn creators, newsletter owners, YouTube channels, and blog owners in the sales/outbound niche.

Target affiliates to recruit:
- LinkedIn influencers posting about cold email, outbound, B2B sales
- Newsletter owners in the sales/GTM space
- YouTubers reviewing SaaS/outbound tools
- Blog owners ranking for "cold email tools" or "outbound software"
- Agency owners in B2B lead generation

What you'll do:
- Identify 30-50 potential affiliates matching the above profile
- Outreach to them on my behalf with our affiliate offer
- Onboard interested affiliates into our program (we use Tolt)
- Provide a report of outreach sent, responses, and affiliates onboarded

Our affiliate offer:
- 30% recurring commission
- 90-day cookie window
- Payouts via PayPal

Deliverables:
- List of 30-50 targeted affiliates with contact details
- Outreach messages sent
- Minimum 5 affiliates onboarded and active
- Final report
