Affiliate Manager ideally with Awin Experience

We require an affiliate manager to drive our affiliate program on Awin forward.
Due to limited staff we don't have time progress it forward and while we have people signed up to our program we missing out. We need someone to create better profile, add offers. Reach out to appllicaints to try push getting them to promote us.
Ideally have knowledge of Awin backend to create speefice CPA for better affiloiates who driven sales to our sites. Manage emails and all general affiliate manager tasks.
This role monthly payment will be based on the increase in orders and affiliate sales. So please do not apply if expert in this area, ideally Awin and must have fluent English. The number of hours will be flexible but with more hours and more sales you bring in more money we can pay! We are open to options on this setup and agreement on targets.
