Affiliate Manager

I am in need of an experienced affiliate manager to help me understand and execute an effective affiliate program with a pay-per-sale (PPS) model. It is not necessary to introduce a tracking system at this time, as I can track activities manually. I do have some marketing materials. The successful candidate will be the face of the program and be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, creating promotional campaigns for my products and services, and driving traffic and sales. It is key to this position that the affiliate manager is adept at analyzing activity data, finding trends, and using this information to make changes and improvements to increase user participation and revenue.
