Propeller Aerodynamics: Cruise and Hover

I need a complete CFD study of our propeller in both cruise and hover regimes. You will receive a clean CAD model and the operating conditions; from there I want you to set up, run, and document the simulations in OpenFOAM, since that aligns best with our in-house workflow.

Key performance data I must see for each flight mode include lift and drag forces, pressure distribution, flow-velocity fields, as well as derived torque and power consumption figures. Please structure the cases so we can compare cruise versus hover without re-meshing every time we tweak RPM or inflow speed.

Deliverables
• Verified OpenFOAM case files with mesh, boundary conditions, and solver settings
• Visualisations: annotated contours and streamlines for pressure and velocity, plus force and moment plots
• A brief report summarising methodology, convergence behaviour, and the requested metrics, with any performance insights or recommended design refinements
